Fed's Kaplan: Market corrections are healthy

Market corrections are healthy, says Dallas Fed President Robert Kaplan while speaking in Frankfurt. 

He was further noted saying that market valuations were relatively high as compared to historic average and that there is no implication yet for the underlying economy.
