Fed's Mester: a compelling case for November?

Fed's Mester was speaking on Bloomberg over the last hour and offered an insight into the Fed's thinking as we approach another potential month in November where the Fed could hike rates again for the first time since December 2015 after a nine-year spell on hold. 

Mester said that Fed is making progress on all of its goals and if data is inline, the case for November is compelling while all meetings are live. However, she also said that that a gradual hike path doesn't mean moving every meeting.
